Terms and conditions 

  • For customers new to h2go- swim full payment is required within two weeks of invoice being issued, and for swimmers joining part way through a term, payment is to be made within 48hrs of the invoice being issued, or before the first lesson whichever is soonest.  Failure to pay by the dead line will result in the session being reallocated
  • For existing customers full payment is required 2 weeks before the start of term.  Any payments not received by the deadline will be subject to an £10.00 late payment fee to cover administration costs.
  • A full terms notice of leaving must be given i.e. if you wish your child to leave in September, notice must be given at the start of the summer term.
  • No refund is given unless h2go-swim cancels the lesson. In this circumstance you will be notified by email or text
  • If your child is unable to attend their swimming lesson please text or call the work number 07807 174611
  • Please note our office hours are 08.00 – 10.00am Monday to Friday.
  • A tick box accepting our T & C is on the health form, which must be signed and returned as a hard copy 2 weeks before the start of term please.
  • Parents are not allowed on poolside but must remain on the premises
  • Parents / Carers are responsible for their children in the changing rooms
  • Please make sure your child is ready to swim no more than 5 mins before the start of their lesson, having been to the toilet and showered.
  • Swimmers hair should be tied up and away from their face, including fringes.  Swim hats are optional.
  • We would recommend boys to wear swim trunks as oppose to beach shorts.
  • Googles can be worn, please make sure they are well fitting. Practice in the bath!
  • Swimmers are to wait quietly in the designated waiting area on the poolside.
  • Please be prompt in collecting your child after their lesson.
  •  If you wish to discuss something to do with your child’s lesson, please contact us on the work phone 07807 174611 as teachers are unable to enter into a conversation whilst teaching. 
  • Please inform us of any previous swim awards your child has attained.
  • Please keep us updated in any change of your child’s medical conditions.
  • If your child needs assistance with going to the toilet, please notify us and be on hand during the lesson.
  • Parents are invited to watch the last lesson of each term.
